When are your classes?
We schedule our classes to fit your needs! Call us at (678) 909-4963 to discuss availability and book your spot. Weekends fill up fast, so call early to reserve your class.

I need help on a project, can you help me?
Yes! We offer project assistance by appointment.

• Scheduling: Call us to set up a time that works for you.
• Rates: Charged based on session time. Contact us for details.
• Preparation: Bring your materials and any questions.
• Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Do you teach kids?
Yes! Our Children’s Learn to Knit Course is designed for ages 7 and up, with four one-on-one, one-hour sessions. Kids will leave with yarn and needles to practice.

I already know how to knit, but I don’t know how to read a pattern. Can you help me?
Absolutely! Our Skill Building: Pattern Reading class is perfect for you.

Do you offer finishing services?
Yes, we do! Drop off or mail your project with instructions, and we’ll contact you with a quote before proceeding.

Shipping Info

• Orders placed after 6 PM on Wednesday or on Thursdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Friday).
• Expedited shipping options are available for quicker delivery.
• YFE reserves the right to have a 24-hour processing time before shipping out any orders.

• Earning Points: Earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent.
• Redeeming Points: Use points as credits for future purchases.
• Expiration: Points expire 365 days after being earned.
• Account Rules:
  • You must have an active account to earn or redeem points.
  • Points are not transferable or combinable between accounts.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for new orders.
  • Rewards are not valid on past orders.

• If your email changes, update your account to keep rewards linked to your new address.
