Return Policy Notice

We are currently not accepting returns for in-store or online purchases.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, clearance items, wound or used yarn, needles, hooks, patterns, and gift certificates cannot be returned.

Please note: If ineligible items are returned, they will be shipped back to you at your expense or disposed of.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed after 6 PM on Wednesday or on Thursdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Friday).
• Expedited shipping options are available for quicker delivery.
• YFE reserves the right to have a 24-hour processing time before shipping out any orders.
