This cute Cloche takes takes about 217 yards of a worsted weight yarn.
Several inches of positive ease, but there's a ribbon. That also gives it that nice bell shape for the cloche.
The flowers (about 75 yards) and leaves (about 50 yards) are made with scrap yarn. The little white flowers are made with crochet thread, but those are optional.
It's a great hat for going through your leftovers and making something really cute. It's also a fast one to crochet.
DK weight yarn was used for the flowers and leaves, even though the pattern called for the same weight as the hat (aran) and they came out great, so there's some flexibility here.
